Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Voxtakr. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Voxtakr. In these terms, “Voxtakr”, “we”, and “us” refer to the operator of the service, and “you” refers to the account holder.

The service

Voxtakr turns your spoken or typed IT notes into structured, searchable documentation. It includes templates, editing, search, change history, exports, shareable read-only links, and team workspaces, as offered in the app from time to time.

Accounts

You need an account to use Voxtakr. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses that email. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Free document allowance

A new account can create up to three documents, and run a limited number of AI generations, without a card. This allowance is a one-time taste of the product, granted once per account for its lifetime. It is not a free plan, and it does not renew. To keep creating beyond it, start a trial or subscribe.

Subscription and trial

Voxtakr is offered as a single plan at $19 per user, per month. New subscribers start with a 14-day free trial that requires a card up front. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the card is charged. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with notice.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, in one click. Cancelling stops future charges, new AI generations, and edits. It does not delete your documents: your existing documentation stays readable and exportable, and you can download all of it at any time as PDF, Markdown, or a full-account zip.

Your content and our software

You own the content you create in Voxtakr, including your notes and the documents generated from them. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service, including sending your text to the AI and transcription providers described in our Privacy Policy. We own Voxtakr itself: the software, design, and brand. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or infringe someone else's rights, with your use of Voxtakr.
• Upload content you do not have the right to store or process.
• Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the service, other accounts, or our providers.
• Resell or share access in a way that circumvents per-user pricing.
• Abuse the free allowance or trial through duplicate or automated sign-ups.

AI output

Voxtakr uses AI to structure your notes. AI-generated documentation can be incomplete or wrong. Review it before you rely on it, especially for anything operational such as runbooks, configurations, or credentials handling. You are responsible for checking the output and for how you use it.

Warranty disclaimer

Voxtakr is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxtakr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Voxtakr and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or that poses a risk to the service or other users. If we terminate your account other than for cause, you will have a reasonable window to export your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Oklahoma have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Voxtakr after a change means you accept the updated terms.
